We work with local vendors and Australian vendors to deliver client requests.

Our service includes one of our representatives meeting your produce on the tarmac and ensuring safe cold storage in the freight forwarding process at every possible step.

Our resident Chief Steward, Tracey, focuses solely on sourcing those must-have guest requests. The majority of items are sourced from Australia, but with enough notice, we will do our best to source any item from any corner of the globe.
